Accessing this website

We want this information to be usable when you read, navigate or contact us in different ways.

Ways to use the site

The pages use headings, descriptive links and a skip-to-content link. You can navigate by keyboard and open the menu and question sections without a mouse. Text can be enlarged, and the layout adapts to a narrow screen.

There are no scrolling animations or autoplay media. Images include descriptions appropriate to their purpose. The main information and telephone links remain available without JavaScript.

Review and limitations

Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA. Checks on 10 September 2026 covered keyboard navigation, visible focus, narrow-screen reflow, reduced-motion preferences and automated accessibility checks. These checks do not establish complete conformance or formal certification.

External guidance websites have their own accessibility arrangements. Telephone links depend on a suitable application being available on your device.
